Tips for Link Building Organically

By Kareem Matthai

Want to make money online? Then you need to have a blog or website set up. To earn money online, you have to be able to get traffic or visitors to your website or blog. And to get this traffic, you need to have links that are being constantly built, sending visitors to your website and offers. It's not that hard to do link building. In fact, there are a couple strategies to use. You can hire a professional service or download some software to do the work for you.

If you want to make a lot of money on the Internet, the best place to start is by writing great content. Think about it. Who would want to link to you if your content isn't very good? Once you start creating phenomenal content, you have a higher probability of getting return visitors. Exceptional content is something that people want to link to. They will also want to read your content because it is helpful or well-written. People will link your websites, especially if your content is similar to their niche. Every piece of content that you submit, if you really want the back links, should be your best.

This way people will see that you aren't just creating a profile to make links for yourself, you're creating it because you value the community that you are going to be joining. Creating a profile requires you to put a little effort into it, not just throw up one, and move on to the next. It is so important to create a profile with much more than your URL and business name to make this work.

Consider submitting your blog to some social bookmarking sites. These sites tend to work better for sites that have new content added frequently. If you submit a bookmark that people like, they'll vote for it. Some people may link to your site from their own blogs. You get a dual benefit from this. The first is a new link from the original submission you made. Then you benefit if someone else chooses to link to your site from that submission. Don't be fooled into thinking you need to submit only pages from your own site, though. You need to be consistent about submitting interesting, useful links or the community on the site will turn off.

Write articles and submit them to article directories. You're able to insert a link into the resource box at the foot of the article with most directories. Many directories also allow you to add a link from within your profile page. This lets you build links to your site easily. Wherever you can, try to ensure the articles you submit are good quality, even though this might take a little more time. You'll gain good quality back links for your efforts, so it's time well spent.

There are so many ways to build links for yourself. There are so many services out there willing to do it all for you at very low prices. If the quality of the links matters to you, though, you will be better off building those links organically. Your results will be noticeably better if you focus on organic options. The methods we've talked about here are just the beginning. If you let yourself think creatively, you'll come up with a whole lot more.
