Increase Your Online Profits Through Webinars

By Rick Quarles

With all of today's technological improvements, how we market and sell services and products online, specifically in the IM niche, is always shifting. Until recently, most sales letters were primarily made up of formatted text, Now, what we see are advanced graphics packages combined with top-level copywriting. One of the crucial problems is keeping abreast with all these advancements; most recently, it's the arrival of the video sales letter with which we need to deal with.

One more challenge that face internet marketers is the increased awareness of the public to all of these tactics and it has become more challenging to keep potential clients from clicking away from what you have to offer. One area that's leading to more sales and conversions is the "webinar", and in this article we will explore how they can be advantageous for your business.

It's been long determined that the first thing you have to do is get potential customers to feel they know you and trust you. This kind of trust is difficult to come by because of the huge numbers of competitors in most niches, and the willingness of many of them to offer shady products and services with false claims about their usefulness. The challenge is, how can those of us who take pride in offering sound products of proper value be heard amidst all the dishonesty and junk? This is where webinars enter the scene. For many of us, webinars have become our most dependable sales tool. What's a webinar? It's an online, live, invitation-only presentation run by the Multi Level Marketing product or service developer, or an associate.

Webinars are set for a certain day and time, and are live Internet events. Usually, the host share lots of free information and access to several marketing tools, while building the participants' respect for him and his services. There may be more than one individual presenting where a marketer is introducing someone else who has a new method or product that he believes might benefit his subscribers. Once the presenter has shown his expertise and earned your trust, you can expect some kind of special offer toward the end of the webinar.

As a webinar can draw people from several different time zones worldwide, scheduling can be hard. For people who are unable to attend at the scheduled time, most presenters like to put a video replay of the event up online for viewing afterwards. To see to it you still get a good attendance for the live event, you can offer something extra for individuals who attend the live broadcast.

Encouraging folks who can't make the live presentation to watch it at a later date and time is new to the webinar arena. Another nice aspect of recording your webinar is that it can be run and rerun whenever you want, as often as you want, with no extra work on your part. Also, this overcomes any concerns you may have in presenting live or any technical hitches that can come up at a live event.

No question about it -- webinars are a priceless tool for any internet marketer, and if you take the time to understand the technology, you can look forward to more sales and conversions.
