Getting Started with Affiliate Network Marketing

By Larry Franklee

You're probably too inexperienced to remember the California gold rush, but today "gold fever" runs just as high on the internet. As the net generally and affiliate network marketing in particular represents a 21st century gold rush.

Millions are being made online in the affiliate marketing arena and you can simply get more than your equal share if you're willing to learn a few online marketing basics, dig in, get to work and make adjustments on the way.

It doesn't matter what your reasons for "making additional cash" are. What matters is your commitment level because, like any business, do not expect to make the leap into affiliate network marketing and get rich overnight. Particularly if you're new to web marketing. There is a lot to assimilate and lots of tools and resources you will need to embrace and become intimately acquainted with.

To start with you'll need to find an affiliate network marketing program. A neat place to begin to look is with Clickbank or Commission Junction. Another idea is to go hang out where other network marketers hang out - facebook, forums and even MLM training sites - to discover what other networkers are promoting. Then simply go to these sites, sign up as a new affiliate, get your link and marketing materials and get busy promoting.

Affiliate Network Marketing Promotion

There are lots of ways to promote services and goods on the internet. You can run paid advertising campaigns like Google PPC, Facebook adverts and Youtuve bankrolled videos. You can also submit classified ads, distribute PR releases and participate on forums.

But perhaps the most highly efficient move to make is go buy yourself a domain name and website hosting. Then set up a nice wordpress blog and begin writing, publishing and promoting content designed to attract annoyed network marketers to go to your blog to get more info. Think problem, solution. They have got a problem, you have a solution. They have questions, you have answers. They're confused about a problem you offer some clearness.

It is best to start by selecting one specific product, read their whole selling page and write an article which deals with this product and you will then take that article and place it on your brand spanking new blog. Towards the end of the piece you will leave your affiliate link so that folk who read your article and want take a look into the product. And if they buy... You earn a pleasant commission.

Let's go over that again. You've got a target marketing under consideration. Frustrated network marketers. You choose a great service or product to push. You then create a piece or blog post built to capture the awareness of a possible customer. Then simply guide them into learning more about how your affiliate network marketing service or product can bring price to their business.

How can working with you or buying from benefit them? How is your product the answer they are looking for?

Can you provide proof? Testimonials? A video review concerning how to easily install the program or use the software? Are you able to add worth by producing a short tutorial or bootcamp series? What value-added features does the affiliate vendor offer?

Once you have this first product campaign finished, go find another affiliate network marketing product and repeat the process. Content, publish, promote. The goal is to get your content to rank organically in the search sites. Or, if using a paid advertising model, to get your ads seen by as many possible customers and shoppers as practicable.
